Print Only: Shipped rolled. Please allow 5-7 business days for unframed prints to be shipped as each item is custom printed.

Framed Print: Please allow up to 4 weeks for framed prints to be shipped as each item is printed and framed to order.

Is there free shipping for Australian orders?

Yes, all orders within Australia come with free shipping. This includes both print only and framed print orders. If you would like to pickup your print, there is also a pickup location in Bondi.

I will provide the exact pickup address upon completion of your artwork.

What are you general shipping times?

All work is made to order for each customer. For unframed prints, please allow up to 7 business days for printing, plus up to 2-5 business days in transit domestically. For framed prints, please allow up to 4 weeks for printing, framing and domestic transit. All orders are provided with tracking numbers once dispatched.

Do you ship interstate and overseas?

Yes, I ship unframed prints internationally! If your country doesn’t appear as an option at checkout, please contact me at hugotaemetsphotography@gmail.com. Currently, I only ship framed prints within Australia. Unframed prints are more cost effective to ship due to the decreased weight and size compared to framed prints. 

International Taxes/Duties - Please be advised that prints shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.

How much is shipping?

Shipping any framed artwork safely and professionally is expensive. However, I work closely with my team & couriers to ensure shipping costs aren't passed onto you. For all framed & unframed domestic print orders, shipping is completely free.

If you are shipping a print internationally, there is a flat rate of $30 (excluding any taxes or charges levied by customs)

Exchanges and Refunds

Please note, as each print is custom made to order, there are no refunds or exchanges.

All items are checked before sending, however in the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me at hugotaemetsphotography@gmail.com.

Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

Do you offer custom sized prints?

Yes of course! If you'd like a custom size for your print that's absolutely fine. Once you send me the measurements you'd like I will get a quote for you and make all the arrangements.
